A body in Christ

In the light of grace, we humbly bow,
Lord, help us honor You, here and now.
To protect the innocent, shield the weak,
With body, mind, and soul aligned,
In your grace, may we be refined.

Softly, Lord, our hearts release,
Open our minds, bring inner peace,
With courage strong, Your truth we’ll speak.
Through faithful eyes, Your Word we’ll see,
In its wisdom, we’ll find liberty.

Through faithful ears, Your Spirit’s voice,
Guiding us to make the righteous choice.
In love and truth, we’ll stand and fight,
A heart of compassion, a discerning mind,
To embrace the lost, the broken, and the blind.

With loving arms, we’ll reach out wide,
Comfort the hurting, walk alongside,
To dispel darkness with Your radiant light.
Our hands, Your instruments of good,
In service to others, as we’ve understood.

Our legs will be strong, our feet secure,
In every step, Your love will endure.
From evil’s grasp, we must refrain,
Guide us in body, mind, and soul,
Empower us, Lord, to make us whole.

Lord, move our bodies, inflame our minds,
Strengthen our souls, in You, we find,
We give all, in Christ, we have all to gain.
Jesus saves, our hearts proclaim,
In boundless love, never to be the same.
