Mother forgive us

Oh, mother dear, you are an angel divine,

A rare and precious gem that’s hard to find,

Though your eyes may be blind, your heart is pure,

In my thoughts, we shall always endure.

Your love for me is like a beacon of light,

Guiding me through the darkest of nights,

I cherish every moment we spend together,

And promise to love you now and forever.

But seeing you in pain breaks my heart,

To know I’ve caused you such a cruel part,

I ask for your forgiveness with tears in my eyes,

Please dry your own tears and don’t let them rise.

I pledge to make things right and to atone,

To make sure your heart is never again alone,

My dear mother, you mean the world to me,

Please forgive my mistakes and set my soul free.
