We don’t know what we don’t know.

In ignorance’s shadow, we once did tread. In childhood’s gentle, innocent embrace, In a shrouded veil, our lives did dwell, Once upon a time, we didn’t know,

Finding no fault in the past, knowledge unfed. We wandered through the world with silent grace. Unknowingly, we wandered through the spell. Content like a river did flow.

In youthful bliss, we roamed the day, Blameless, we, for not knowing what we should, No fault to cast on those of yesteryear, No blame to place on childhood’s view,

Unaware of the truths that hid away. Yet seeking knowledge, as every human would. For truth and knowledge banish all our fear. We didn’t know, nor did we know who knew.

But now, we stand at wisdom’s open door, Ten years it took to find the hidden key, For ignorance blinds, like shadows in the night, But after years, the truth to reveal,

No blame we cast, for knowledge we implore. Unlocking truths that set our spirits free. Ignorance retreats when faced with wisdom’s radiant light. In a world where knowledge can heal.

For ten long years, the journey we did roam, No blame, no-fault, in ignorance’s shroud, To educate the world, now our noble quest, No blame we carry, no heavy stone,

To uncover what was hidden in the home. For in our quest for truth, we are endowed. And in this shared endeavor, we are blessed. We’ve learned, and now we’re not alone.

With hearts now open to the truth’s embrace, Now armed with wisdom, let us not delay, So let’s spread the word, let’s all unite,

We seek to shine a light in every place. And share the light of knowledge, come what may. In the bright, shining day or the starry night.

To educate and share what we have learned, In learning, we find solace and accord, Let’s educate, let’s make it clear,

In hopes that understanding may be earned. To educate the world, with hearts restored. Autism’s a part of us, hold it dear.
