Unmute your voice

Memories shape the present, time holds sway,

Fears linger a taste of bittersweet play.

ideas differ, with truth false doctrines collide,

flavors dance upon the tongue’s embrace,

but before we speak, seek God’s grace.

Steady the trembling voice, fear the unspoken,

with words given of spirit, hard hearts are broken.

In truth, don’t be blind, kindness can reside.

unveiling imperfections, flaws in plain sight,

embracing dissent, shaping our character’s light.

With truth as our guide, our voices unbowed,

boldly we stand, to challenge a wayward crowd.

amidst sadness, anger, and confusion’s might,

In the face of losses, we won’t yield or sever,

but lift our voices, resolute and clever.

A stifled voice and locked mind can’t break free,

forge a path toward the light we can see.

Silence won’t claim us, we’ll rise to the fight.

With unwavering spirit, we’ll face what looms,

Consequences won’t hinder, our truths will resume.

Time, a delicate perfume in the air,

Hangs gently, evoking emotions rare.

In the spirit of God, we find our place,

fragrant tendrils subtly influence,

Our experiences, our soul’s cadence.

A bittersweet memory etched deep within,

Its presence endures, where life has been.

Solace, unity, and shared grace interlace.

Though thoughts and creeds diverge their own way,

A bond can be found, in community’s sway.

In understanding, we find solace’s reign,

In unity, we flourish, break boundaries’ chain.

In freedom, we speak, with bravery, though in fear,

When offices fade, jobs lost, contacts depart,

Sadness may engulf, but silence won’t hold our heart.

In the face of adversity, we stand tall,

Seeking knowledge, embracing opinions, one and all.

Our spirits stay strong, anchored deep, in truth sincere.

Dialogue when in actuality, its wisdom profound,

can heal wounds, bridge gaps, in hearts all around.

Let us not fear, but open our hearts wide,

Embracing conversations where ideas collide.

I’ll seek understanding, a balance to find,

In unity’s strength, a world intertwined,

Where all voices are heard, compassion is defined.

In a world and minds of borders, dividing, connecting,

May empathy guide us, as we keep reflecting.

Seeking substance that honors both heart and mind.

Our voices guide the world, our nation’s fate,

May we find solutions before it’s too late.
