Neurodivergent Supers

In our Autistic minds, concealed brilliance gleams,
when our souls awaken from our dreams.
We bear gifts, talents unseen, that set us apart,
Needing only to be cultivated, like a work of art.

Unveiled potential, like stars in the night,
Shines through our struggles, awe-inspiring light.
With minds that dance to a different beat,
We chart new paths, where innovation meets.

Labels and levels, mere shadows they Superbe,
Autism’s essence, the complexity we see.
For needs and strengths, they ebb and flow,
From Level 1 to 2 or 3, they grow.

I question the levels, the labels we assign,
Autism is autism, a truth so divine.
Our needs often change, even if we do not know,
all we ask is tolerance, understanding show.

From the famous, the brilliant, to the unknown face,
Each one blessed with potential, awaiting its embrace.
With support, environment to nourish and to cheer,
We all hold the power to conquer and pioneer.

For within our hearts, minds, and souls so bright,
Resides the spark that ignites our endless flight.
Autism’s tapis weaves threads of diversity,
In the symphony of humanity’s vast universality.

The famous ones, their names writ large,
The world applauds, their achievements charge.
But the unknown faces, their stories untold,
Hold treasures within, waiting to unfold.

With understanding hearts and open arms,
Nurture our dreams, shield us from harms.
For in our depths, the seeds of change reside,
They sculpt our future with humble pride.

From scientific wonders to artistic flair,
From passionate pursuits to kind-hearted care,
Autistic souls, like rivers running wild,
Nurture the gifts found in each diverse child.
