The wind speaks in a language of its own,
It changes with each season.
But few are those who understand its tone.
It whispers to me secrets in the night,
and tells me jokes at noon.
And carries with it dreams in flight.
It brings a chill, a shiver down the spine,
Bites at my face then kisses my cheek,
Yet also a warmth, a caress divine.
It tells tales of lands far and wide,
Carries scents in the air, and lifts the birds wing.
It tells of the mysteries that far away, reside.
The wind is a messenger of nature,
It tells of what is to come and what came before.
A voice that speaks with gentle stature.
It sings songs of joy and of sorrow,
If you take a moment to listen, you may get lost,
in its story, its song is a hope for a brighter tomorrow.
So listen to the wind, hear its song, hear its cry,
Do not speak, just close your eyes,
And let it take you on a journey high.
For in its whisper, there is a wisdom profound,
It will carry you away, let it carry you away.
for in its howl, there is a power unbound.
