Cry

Cry. Let your tears fall free.

Release the pain trapped inside, just be

In tears, you find your strength anew.

Don’t listen to the hurtful words they say.

Speak up and let your voice have its way.

Don’t be fooled by their cruel intentions.

You have the right to speak your emotions.

Your voice-a force that will break through.

Silencing you won’t make things right.

Let your voice shine and take back your light.

Shh, listen to your heart

It knows what’s true, it’s a start.

For in your truth is your song.

Don’t be afraid to speak your mind.

In your words power you’ll find.

So cry, when you need to cry

and speak up. It’s time to try

You’ll find the courage to belong.

Don’t let their words control your voice

You are strong, and you have a choice.

In your tears, strength, and healing reside,

Let them flow, don’t let your spirit hide.

So cry, and let your voice soar.

In your vulnerability, there’s great power,

You’ll find your voice in your darkest hour.

Embrace your heart, let it unfold,

Your voice must be heard, be brave, be bold.

You are worth the time, do not ignore

your need to cry. Don’t obscure your face.

In the beauty of your truth, your voice, there’s grace.
