Nothing lost

In the reality of faith, let’s have a chat,

about Christ, and all of that,

Well, ain’t it a puzzle, this faith of mine,

Believing in Jesus, it suits me just fine,

Does my belief in Christ harm you, friend?

Does it make me seem naive, that you condemn?

My faith may seem simple, steadfast, and true,

Yet, in the end, it’s a path I must pursue.

Belief in Christ, a guiding star,

In this vast world, near and far.

Some journey on, their trust unwavering,

While others stand apart, misbehaving.

Some folks may mock, call me naive,

But in His love, I truly believe.

A choice for good, a choice most fine,

In faith, our hearts and souls entwine,

For others, or self, ’tis each one’s choice,

In this grand time, where hearts find voice,

For if we’re wrong, what’s lost in the end?

Nothing, we say, as on God’s grace, we depend.

What’s lost if I’m wrong when life is done?

Not a thing, friend, no soul lost, not one,

But oh, to Hell with you, if I’m right,

While in heaven’s glory, we take flight.

They say we’re silly, are we? what a fuss!

In God’s love, Not your hate, we place our trust,

So let them talk, it’s no big harm, nothing lost,

In Christ saved by sacrifice and worth the cost.
