Please don’t leave me alone.

Your absence feels like a weight,
Crushing my heart, my soul, my fate.
Come back to me before it’s too late.

I yearn for your love, your touch, your grace,
But now I am left in this lonely place.
With only a memory of your face.

I don’t want to cry, I want to smile,
But without you here, it feels futile.
Come back if only for a little while?

My heart aches with every passing day,
I long for you to come back and stay.
How long must you be away?

I want to love, to feel alive,
But without you by my side,
I cannot thrive.

Please come back to me, my love,
I’ll cherish you forever, my precious dove.
Without you, the stars are dim above.

I need you here, with me, always,
To brighten up my darkest days.
There is no warmth in the sun’s rays.

Without you, my heart turns to stone.
Without you, I am weak in my bone.
