My love for you: age 18

My Love for You: 1992

My love for you is as the ocean
a constant motion
of deep devotion.
My love for you is as the earth
and merry mirth
at its untold worth.
My love for you is as the sky
and we can fly
you and I.
My love for you is as the fire
As flames leap hire
by passion’s desire.
My love for you is as the sea
for it’s wild and free
like you and me.
All of this you knew
for it is true
of my love for you.
