Alone I stand, facing the enemy’s glare,
Yet in my solitude, I find solace in you,
On the battlefield of life, with burdens to bear,
your strength, Lord, will see me through.
When darkness looms and doubts arise,
In the chaos of the storm, you are my calm,
Your light illuminates the darkest skies.
Guiding me with your outstretched palm.
Though the path ahead may seem unclear,
With faith as my shield, and your word my sword,
I trust in you, Jesus, for you are near.
I’ll face the challenges, beside you Lord.
For you, Jesus, are my fortress and my rock,
in the face of adversity, I’ll stand tall,
In you, I find shelter from every shock.
For with you, Lord Jesus, I can conquer all.
Even in the midst of shadows deep,
Though foes surround, and fears assail,
Your presence near, my soul to keep.
Your love, a fortress, will never fail.
Though doubts may rise, and storms may rage,
With steadfast faith, I’ll press on through,
Lord, your Word, my anchor, in every age.
For in your strength, all things I’ll do.
Lord, in this hour of trial and test,
With courage bold, I’ll face the foe,
In you alone, my soul finds rest.
For with you, Lord, I’ll always grow.
So guide my steps, O Savior dear,
In your embrace, I find my peace
Through trials fierce, through shadows drear.
in your love, all fear will cease.
