The Ballad of Mr. Maloney

Good Golly Miss Molly, Good Golly Gee,
serve me up some dressing, with my Macaroni,
‘Cuz you know they’re gonna find me,
‘Cuz I’ve been so very lonely,
I’ll be swinging in the rafters by sunrise,
no one will cut me down,
all dolled up in my padded thighs,
with my painted face and my fancy gown.
Call me Moll, my Molly boys,
at the coffee shop we’ll drink our fill!
We’ll play Princess with all our toys,
’till under the table we all fall ill.
Let’s all go to the chapel,
do you know the secret word?
We’ll have a mock wedding in Moorefield Park,
The Astronomer loved the Author? That’s absurd!
You say you saw them on the sodomites walk, after dark?
I heard Newton was no friend of Wright,
in fact, he did him wrong in the telling of Lad’s Lane.
Entertaining his sweetheart, they caught Newton with fright!
the Thomas boys, one hung dead, the other sang for gain.
Now Cox Lane, I heard is a pleasant place,
to meet the royal court’s psychotherapist,
I heard he has a friendly feminine face,
calls himself, Psycho the rapist.
So serve me up some dressing Molly,
with a side of Macaroni,
They once called me Royal Dolly,
but they’ll hang me as Mr. Maloney.
