Belief in Jesus, a choice we make,
But why mock those who in faith partake?
If wrong, what cost when life shall cease?
In God’s embrace, we firmly stand,
His grace, our anchor in shifting sand,
If we’re mistaken when our time is through,
What’s lost to us, if our faith was askew?
in our faith, we find our peace,
Nothing we loose, for we’ve lived in grace,
Then why the need to mock, to deface?
Our faith in Christ, it brings no harm,
To those who doubt, who raise alarm,
in His love, our solace, we find,
They say we’re foolish, gullible, blind,
Yet, in our hearts, peace and purpose we find.
Does it trouble you, our steadfast belief?
Does it cause you sorrow, anger, or grief?
You may think us fools, simple, blind,
If we’re mistaken, our consequence is mild,
But what if our faith turns out to be right?
For if they err against God, their price is steep,
In judgment’s darkness, they’ll slowly creep.
Our minds and hearts, they do align,
In Him, we find our strength and grace,
In Him, we see our sins erase,
A choice to embrace what our hearts hold dear,
To walk with God, without doubt or fear,
With Jesus Christ, our Savior divine.
We’d rather believe and serve our Lord,
Than to doubt His grace with our hearts ignored.
To label us as naive, they try,
But in His presence, we don’t shy,
No shame in our game, we stand so tall,
For if we’re wrong, it matters not,
His love remains, the world forgot.
Let’s heed the call to walk in His way,
With God’s Word and Spirit, we won’t stray,
In Jesus Christ, we’ve found our all,
For He cares for us more than we know,
His wisdom and love, in our hearts, we’ll sow.
If wrong, what loss in life’s grand scheme?
To trust in Christ, our constant dream,
He’s been good to us, that’s plain to see,
Does our belief in Him offend?
In grace, our hearts, His love, we mend.
For should we be right, in our steadfast trust,
In Christ’s love, mercy, and divine justice,
In His grace and love, we find our glee.
Then, we’ll have gained more than earthly gold,
An eternal treasure, in heaven’s fold.
In worldly pleasures, don’t let us drown,
For they lead to destruction, we’ve been shown,
In quiet faith, we stand apart,
But in Christ, we find purpose anew,
He cleanses our sins, makes us strong and true.
So, live His best life, to His glory aspire,
Let your heart be set on a heavenly fire,
With Christ, we hold a hopeful heart,
Jesus Christ, He makes us brand new,
In His saving grace, our faith we renew.
So let the world say what they will,
With Jesus Christ, we find peace and still.
Our Savior’s love, our souls do tell.
So let the world its judgments cast,
With Christ, we find our home at last.
So, let not the world’s judgments deter,
Our faith in Jesus, we gladly confer,
To mock or scoff, we do not dwell,
With hearts open wide, we walk this road,
In His grace, we find peace and love bestowed.
