Within ourselves, the greatest challenge lies,
A journey fraught with truth and compromise,
As Christians, with God by our side,
Against us, who dares to stride?
But the true test, in seeking His will,
Over desires, our flesh would instill.
Christianity, a fusion of faith and grace,
A lifestyle of holiness, in every place,
Yet we live as if death won’t come,
Forgetting the legacy we’ll leave undone.
Walking in Spirit, obeying His word,
Testifying to goodness, where’er we’re stirred,
For His grace empowers, covers all flaws,
In His name, we find our cause.
Jesus saves, the ultimate refrain,
In Him, redemption, from sin’s stain,
So let us live, not as if in vain,
But with purpose, His glory to proclaim.
A Life with Purpose
