Ode To The Angels That Carry Prayers

In midnight thoughts, as stardust from my eyes fall,
mysterious visitors enter my mind, ethereal threads.
I don’t know why these visitors come when I duly call.
In the quiet chambers of my mind, they tread.

Into the day, they grace the corridors of my mind,
With Golden feathers, like sunlight’s gentle kiss,
Golden glow surrounds, where prayers are entwined.
Ruffling freely, evoking a simple divine bliss.

It must be by design the secrets they hold,
In night prayers, and day prayers knowledge grows,
I cannot fathom, with a child’s face yet soul so old
this yearning to fathom what the heart knows.

Ethereal beings in my prayers appear,
Feathers ruffle freely, in the light’s embrace,
A profound longing, drawing me near.
A simple joy, in this boundless space.

Extending the prayers to a serene actuality
In the soft earth’s cradle, observe with wonder,
I watch these beings in a momentary reality.
These thoughts like light will too soon sunder.

In the golden hues of the day so bright,
Their presence, a whisper, a prayer untold,
peace settles in their presence, a quiet delight.
An absolute grace, faith, hope, and love to hold.
