Once I learned when at play,
In youthful frolic, day by day.
Through every season, I’d explore,
Learning lessons, some soiled, some pure.
In youth, I alone did roam,
Amidst the lost-to find a home.
A lineage marked by pain and toil,
Where time’s trials did uncoil.
I kept to myself my secrets vast,
Each bloom, each thorn, a tale amassed.
Experience, has not been my friend,
yet walks with me until the end.
As years passed by, I grew in grace,
With wisdom etched upon my face.
Through these trials, come what may,
now God alone guides my way.
Experience, has not been my friend
