Be perfect, as your Father in the skies,
A heart laid bare, in truth to Him we call,
A call to holiness, where grace resides.
Confession brings the soul its healing balm.
Reflecting Him, where peace abides.
In love and truth, our hearts must rise,
In light of holiness, we see our fall,
Yet in His love, we find a peaceful calm.
Though flawed we are, His mercy reigns,
With each repentant word, we grow more near,
His perfect love in us sustains.
Desire for perfect love, our hearts unfold.
To walk His path, through joy and pain,
The Spirit stirs, His voice so pure, so clear,
Is to be whole, as He ordains.
And in His grace, we rise, new and bold.
