Beauty of Autism

Beauty of Autism

She, a daughter, her qualities unique,
Her quill of color, tracing paths oblique.
Facing challenges, with cutlery’s might,
Graceful she falls, though difficulties fight.

A dragon’s naught, yet hues fade with time,
A world of caution in colors that climb.
Yet within the pouffe, rayon gleams,
She devotes herself to unspoken dreams.

In the scene, oil-less and silent she stands,
Penitent thoughts swirl like grains in the sands.
Facing the sufferer, her grace does remain,
As she holds on, through the loss and the pain.

Testing chills, her suite proud and bold,
Operatic reflections, with messages to hold.
Patience her guide, though troubles may grow,
In the depths of the dearth, her strength starts to show.

The weather may change, and the droughts may bite,
Yet still, she stands firm, through the long, dark night.
Beasty disorder may twist, yet her heart beats still,
Resilient and true, a daughter’s strong will.

Denial may rise, but her care does shine,
In the nectar of life, her power divine.
She roams through the storm, resilient, untamed,
A spirit unbroken, forever unchained.

In joy and in sorrow, she finds her own way,
A daughter, a warrior, come what may.
Blue may whisper, but joy answers bright,
For in the challenge of life, she stands in the light.
