Chasing Naked Truth

Chasing Naked Truth

I chase the naked Truth like one in love,
Her honest light—too bright to hold for long.
But Lies, in stolen clothes, I can’t remove,
Pursues me madly, whispering she’s strong.

She wears the gown of Truth, her voice is sweet,
With every step, her shadow looms so near.
I ran from her deceit and quickened feet,
Yet doubt grows louder—it’s her voice I hear.

For Truth, though pure, is shy and hard to find,
Her path is narrow, winding in the haze.
While Lies shout loud, confusion in my mind,
Her touch entangles, luring into the maze.

But in the end, Truth strips Lies’ stolen gown,
And I, at last, see what was mine—loves own.
