limₜ→∞ (Us)

limₜ→∞ (Us)

I began imaginary and alone.
√−1 stood by itself: i,
a number drifting
in undefined territory.

Then u appeared—
a variable, unknown, intriguing: you.

i + u ≠ 0,
but i + u → something.
We weren’t opposites—
we were approaching.
Meeting you changed my trajectory;
our lives began to converge.

Because you are—
cos(ur) settles my pulse,
an equation of calm
that needs no proof.

Two day plus two morrow
made four ever:
today and tomorrow
suddenly permanent.

|−heart| = heart.
No matter the sign,
what’s held in absolute value
stays whole.
Closeness behaves like limits—
approach enough, and form emerges.

8∫u—ate is you:
every integral of my day
returned to you.

πr², or pie r two—
circles, slices, us:
everything came in pairs.

sin(θ) + sin(u)
folded into one strange angle—
my sins and yours
sharing a direction.

As x → u, i → u:
the closer I came,
the more I became like you.

Δheart > 0.
Change kept climbing.

f(t) = us, continuous—
no breaks, no jumps,
just a smooth curve
learning how to hold.

∑ₙ₌₁^∞ care = ∞:
some care, more care,
never exhausting itself.
Days added into forever;
infinite sums
teaching devotion.

cot(u) + sec(u)—
the cot you seek
when nights are long:
growth, connection, rest.

log₂(home) = belong.
Speak to home long enough
and meaning reveals itself.

x ≠ y, yet x → y:
not the same,
but moving closer.

1 + 1 = 10₂—
two ones becoming
something new entirely.

∞ + u = ∞:
forever plus you
still forever—
only clearer.

∫ heart d(u) = story(u):
integrating feeling over you
produced our narrative.

And finally,
as t → ∞,
i + u → we.

Time proved
what symbols only suggested:
binary addition,
two lives forming a third.

Ours is a love story
hidden inside math.
