CONDITIONALS
If the river breaches its bank, it will tell you something old.
When the last lantern goes out, it will feel like déjà vu.
If you find ruins in the forest, you will hear what’s hiding.
When the wind hesitates, you will find an answer you didn’t expect.
If the door opens on its own, it will know where you’re going.
When someone moves first, you will step away and change your mind.
If you bury a question, something unseen will choose your direction.
When the soup thickens, it will tell you who made it.
If the path splits in three, the truth you avoided will show.
When the sky lowers, it will change its course to meet you.
For two or more players.
The same procedure as before, but in this case the first player must
write a bypothetical sentence beginning with If or ‘When’, then conceal it.
The second player writes a sentence in the conditional or
future tense.
