The Wedding Portrait Painter
My first CAN be found on every face,
a vessel of expression and grace.
My second evolves from a flower bed,
placed in a VASe after one is wed.
Touched by the artist’s hand,
to paint their portrait. Understand?
(Answer: Canvas – “Can”, and “Vas”.)
Charade poems blend the intellectual challenge of riddles with the artistic expression of poetry, making them an engaging form for both writing and reading.
