Visual or spatial poem: Red cubes, lattices, strings, letters, and vertical structures make spatial arrangement part of the poem’s meaning.

The placement of the words creates the action. The widening gap between “WALL” and “air” shows the structure breaking apart. The descending stones form a slope, the dust settles lower on the page, and the echoes drift outward.
Reading the words in a plain horizontal sequence would destroy part of the poem. Its defining feature is meaning produced by physical arrangement.
